- 1 1/2 Cups Vermicelli
- 4 Cups Of Milk
- 1 Packet Shan Kheer Mix
- 1/4 Cup Golden Raisins
- Optional Pistachios
- Heat your vermicelli over medium heat until it get’s golden brown.
- Pour in your milk and kheer mix. Heat over medium heat until your vermicelli is soft. Add in your golden raisins and pistachios. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Turn the heat off and let it cool. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Serve cold.
