- Add oil in a pan, add chicken mince stir fry for 5 min. Add Shan tikka masala stir fry until meat is tender. Now add diced carrot and diced capsicum stir for 2 min.
- Now add butter stir for 1 min now add one cup milk stir, now add 100 gm shredded cheddar cheese and stir until curry becomes thick. Place puff pastry dough in tart tray
- Now add cooked chicken, add some cheddar cheese now bake for 25 to 30 min on 200 degrees.
- Now serve with ketchup
