Give your taste buds a treat with Calamari Fish marinated with Garlic, Vinegar and Shan Fried Fish Masala
Ingredients Required
- Calamari Fish
500 g - Shan Fried Fish Masala
1/2 packet - Breadcrumbs
1 cup - Eggs
Whisked 1 - 2 - Fine Flour
1 cup - Oil
500 ml - Vinegar
2-3 tbsp - Garlic Paste
1 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Add Shan Fried Fish masala, garlic paste and vinegar in calamari mix well and marinate for one hour. Coat with flour now dip in whipped egg now coat with bread crumb.
- Now pour oil in a wok and deep fry calamari wing until golden and tender.
- Serve with Shan green chutney.
