A super fried rice recipe for all the Prawn lovers out there.
Ingredients Required
- Oyster Sauce
2-3 tbsp - Garlic Cloves
3-4 - Spring Onion
2-3 - Carrots
2 medium - Rice
(boiled) 3 cups - Chinese Salt
1 tsp - Chicken Powder
1 tbsp - Chili Garlic Sauce
1/4 Cup - Prawn
(tail and clean) 500g - Oil
½ cup - Shan Chicken Tikka Masala
1/2 packet - Black pepper powder
1 tsp - Vinegar
2 tbsp - Garlic Paste
1 tbsp - Salt
1 tsp
Cooking Method
- Add garlic paste, chicken tikka masala and vinegar in prawns then mix well and set aside for 30 to 45 minutes. Pour half cup oil in a pan add marinated prawns stir fry until prawns are tender, now remove the pan from heat, Add other half oil in wok, add chopped garlic, stir-fry until garlic is golden.
- Now add chili garlic sauce, add oyster sauce, add cooked prawns, add boiled rice, add black pepper Chinese salt, chicken powder, salt and stir fry for 2 to 3 min.
- Add chopped carrot and spring onion mix and serve hot.
