A spicy & tangy edition to your ‘Kalegi’ breakfast this weekend!
Ingredients Required
- Vinegar
1 tbsp - Green Chilies
(sliced) 2-3 - Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp - Mutton Kaleji
500g - Onions
Sliced 2 medium - Salt
1 tsp - Onion
½ cup - Shan Chaat Masala
3 - 4 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions fry until light golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 minutes, add kaleji and stir for 2 minutes. Add Shan Chaat masala, add vinegar and salt.
- Stir fry until kaleji is tender.
- Add green Chilli (sliced) cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot
